Enroll your child

Feel free to stop by the school for a tour. Tours are given daily between 9 and 11 in the morning. The best way to chose a daycare center for your child is to see it for yourself. If you would like to make an appointment to visit the school call 703-256-9400.

Once you have decided that Country Woodland is the school for you, you will need to fill out a registration form. You can download a copy of our registration form to print out and bring to the school. To view the file you must have a current version of Adobe Acrobat Reader.

To complete the registration process you will need:

• The registration form, completed and signed by a parent.
• A completed Emergency Medical Form, available in the office
• A Virginia Physical Form
• The original birth certificate for your child
• Payment of registration fee, security deposit, activity fee, sleeping mat, and first week's tuition.
• An extra set of clothes (pants, shirt, socks, underwear) for use in the event of toilet accidents, milk spills, etc.
• Diapers and/or training pants when appropriate.
• Blanket and sheet.
• Be sure to clearly label all items with your child's name.
• Copy of custody agreements, if one parent has custody.
